SOMEWHERE HERE
SOMEWHERE HERE
That was then and this is now
and when the this became a now
I don't know, somehow,
as then was then, and now is now
and yet its all ideas somehow,
we make a this and make a that,
a now that isn't there, it must be there
or here somewhere
so find it please before I sneeze
and send it off to where, nowhere,
somewhere there.

lol - lovely nonsense annanya
reminds me of one of my favourites byJames Broughton
'This is it and I am It and you are it and so is that and he is it and she is it and it is it and that is that'
'and yet its all ideas somehow' --- (it's - needs an apostrophe - 'it is')
fun to read aloud

Mercy buckets judyanne
I went to an American priest once, not for anything to do with religion,
but to ask him, as E and I we writing a book, whether the its needed
and apostrophe, and he said its usually not used any more,
and he wrote a lot of English, no you don't have to.
I don't know if there are any special occasions when it is imperative
to use it so, perhaps you could enlighten me, but I have always,
ever since he said that, used its without any apostrophe.
It has its serious side to it too I think, which of course
makes it all the more amusing, perhaps :)
annanya thank you judyanne x

its = possession

Oh joy that it amuses and
Oh joy that it amuses and also that the underlying seriousness shows too.
Thank you Lonnie.

Dear Ann,
This piece of light nonsense gave me a real lift! A smile and a laugh... what more could I ask for!

Good to giggle sometimes,
Good to giggle sometimes,
life without humour is not a laughing matter is it Cat and all?
Now we can dance a Scottish jig together and laugh.
Don't step on the swords then?
